A brief introduction to HPC clusters and SLURM

This hands-on session is designed to run on BAND, a virtual desktop platform for bioimage analysis.

It is aimed at people getting started with SLURM cluster.

We will use the EuBI-Bridge package to convert images to OME-Zarr, as an example of running jobs on a SLURM cluster.
